Our wire drawing equipment can handle hot roll sizes from .090" to 1.750". Each BCS facility is fully equipped to meet all of your wire drawing needs. Some of our equipment includes a 250HP Fenn Inverted Bull Block, (3) state of the art Miyazaki coil-to-coil draw blocks with 6000 lb. coil loading capacity, numerous bull blocks as well as multi-hole blocks and down coilers.

We provide annealing, pickling, wire drawing and bar processing for a diverse customer base that includes the fastener, automotive, appliance, off-road heavy equipment and construction industries, as well as serving the OEM and replacement markets by providing chain, hanger and welding rod.

We offer processing for your rod or we can supply the rod from our extensive inventory.
