BCS Industries’ pickling facilities employ
state-of-the-art technology to achieve high productivity with uniform coating
characteristics and minimal statistical
variability on the finished product.


Our pickling facility environmental support package allows an effective zero emissions level of operation. In addition, the pickling system incorporates an acid reclamation process that is environmentally friendly and cost-effective. The BCS facilities employ a process, which uses sulfuric acid for cleaning and various coatings (polymer, zinc phosphate, lime and borax) as well as a full complement of both reactive and non-reactive lubricants. In addition, we utilize Potassium Permanganate for heavy scale conditioning.
